1- 6 days: 5,000 per day Baht
1- 3 Weeks: 18,000 Baht per Week
1- 3 Months: 16,500 Baht per Month
4 – 6 Months: 13,500 Baht per Month
6 Months – 1 year: 12,500 Baht per Month *
*Guests staying 6 months plus are responsible for cable TV charges.
*Guests staying for 1 year must also pay for amenities of 12,000 Baht a year. (32.87 Baht a day)
Maid service is available at 450 baht per day if required.
****All guests are responsible for there own electricity and water usage if staying for more than 7 days.
