This 45 sqm studio room is high up on the 34th floor of this beach side condominium.

The room is decorated to a high standard and has every modern convenience: Modern kitchen, cable TV, safe, air-con, internet connection and unbeatable sea views of the Gulf of Siam.

The Metro condominium  is located at the end of Jomtien beach road and near by are many local restaurants to choose from. Jomtien centre is only a short distance away.

This room is offered by a private owner. We at Thai holiday homes have inspected the property and can say that it meets all our standards of cleanliness and hygiene and the pictures shown on our site are as in the room advertised. 

The room charges are as follows:

1-6 days:                  2,500 per day Baht                      

1- 3 Weeks:              10,000 Baht per week

1- 3 Months:            21,500 Baht per Month

4 – 6 Months:          17,000 Baht per Month

6 Months – 1 year:   15,500 Baht per month *

*Guests staying 6 months plus will be responsible for cable TV charges.

Maid service is available at 350 baht per day if required.
