From View Talay 3 you can walk straight out onto the beach at Jomtien. If you don't want the beach then there is the swimming pool which is surrounded by by tree's. Once your in the pool there really is no need to go anywhere. The pool area has a bar and restaurant serving both Thai and Western food.
Pattaya and Walking Street is only a few minutes drive away by local taxi.
