View Talay operate a 24 hour security service with cctv on all floors and entrance’s to the Condominium, also there is a key card entry system for residents and guests only.
During your holiday in Jomtien and Pattaya you may want to hire a motor bike or go site seeing contact us and we can help. We'll tell you all the places of interest. 1- 6 days: 2,500 per day Baht
1- 3 Weeks: 8,000 Baht per week
1- 3 Months: 19,000 Baht per Month
4 – 6 Months: 17,500 Baht per Month
6 Months – 1 year: 16,500 Baht per month
Maid service is available at 350 baht per day if required.
